As Group Financial Director I over see the financial management of all our sites from budget setting to debt management and careful cash flow measurement.

What is your background?

Senior Financial management in a different industry but the basic principles are all the same to ensure a business is financially robust.

What skills are needed for your position?

The business has a sizable turnover and a low margin model, so stringent financial management is critical. Through my finance team we ensure that we are tracking operational performance daily but also looking at areas to increase efficiency and drive economies of scale.
