Chris Higgins - Group IT Director

Describe your role.

I head up the team that is responsible for managing Paragon’s IT infrastructure and delivering a coordinated IT programme for the Group.

What is your background?

I have more than 16 years experience in various IT roles within the automotive sector. Since joining Paragon I have welcomed the company’s ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and its drive to boost efficiency and performance for its customers.

What skills are required for the role?

A sound knowledge and experience of IT coupled with motivation and commitment to continuous improvement in order to realise our ambition to develop an efficient and streamlined IT programme for our customers. Establishing relationships with our corporate customers is essential in order to understand their IT requirements so we can provide solutions that deliver tangible benefits.
