We support and maintain a full business continuity strategy.

In the event of a failure depending on the severity we have comprehensive plans in place to minimise the disruption to our business and to our customers. All the core production equipment is backed up by either "standby hot swap units" or "diverse routing equipment". We have a second replicated production server used for reporting services that can be switched to become the core production unit on a complete system failure. We have eliminated single points of failure throughout our infrastructure and can work closely with our customer's IT team to ensure a robust DR process.
