Ian Holroyd - Group Finance Controller

Describe your role.

As Financial Controller, I have a complete oversight of the company’s finances. I head up a team responsible for reporting the business’s financial performance, management of the business cash flows and provision of financial support to the business on commercial and operational issues.

What is your background?

As a qualified accountant, I have over 25 years experience in manufacturing and automotive services businesses in a variety of senior financial management positions.

What skills are needed for your position?

An objective disciplined approach with an understanding of what will make the company profitable and productive. A firm grasp of accounting systems as well as the ability to communicate on all levels of the business.
