As the Group Managing Director, I oversee all the activity at our 6 sites. Through my management team we are focused on delivering an integrated approach to our customers, so much of my focus at the moment is on site performance and how we can leverage our company resources to manage the peaks and troughs of the industry cost effectively. What is your background? I now have over 20 years experience in this industry and have grown Paragon since its inception in 2005. What skills are needed for your position? This is a relationship business, most of my time is spent meeting with customers to understand their requirements for the future or working with the functional teams to ensure we are delivering and continuing to add value. This means that people skills and the ability to build sustainable relationships with both customers and staff are critical. |
