Stephen Hucklesby - Group Managing Director

Describe your role.

As the Group Managing Director, I am responsible for all activities across our six operating sites.  Together with the senior management team, I am focused on delivering for our customers and ensuring consistent customer service.  In order to ensure we achieve this I focus on overall site performance and ensure that we effectively manage our resources.

What is your background?

I have over 20 years experience in the industry.  I set up Paragon in 2005 and since our inception we have grown into a financially stable company with the capacity to grow and invest.

What skills are required for the role?

I firmly believe that building sustainable relationships with customers is the key to success in this industry. Adding value for our customers is imperative, achieved through understanding their individual requirements for the future – the key to a successful business.

How is the fleet sector changing?

In the medium to long-term, the fleet industry and the entire automotive sector will need to embrace emerging technologies, resulting in fleets which are more environmentally sensitive whilst offering strong performance.
