As Group operations Director I oversee the operational activity on all of our sites ensuring that we are performing and meeting the customer requirements.

I also keep appraised of all new technology and techniques that can improve our performance and reduce materials and energy cost.

What is your background?

I have always worked in the automotive industry and have over 30 years experience in auto body repairs.

What skills are needed for your position?

Detailed knowledge of vehicle refurbishment techniques and processes and planning skills to ensure that our sites are always operating efficiently, which is challenging with the seasonal nature of much of our activity.
